Satyananda Yoga is a holistic and systematic way of teaching, to bring your mind, body and emotions back into a more natural balance. The classes are structured to guide you to building awareness through postures, breathing, deep relaxation and meditation practices.
The focus of my classes is to provide you with the tools to manage stress and achieve a more harmonious work / life balance in a relaxed and non-competitive environment. My classes are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness and are held in Wilton and online. Beginners and continuation level are welcome.
Now teaching yoga in Cork, I am a fully accredited Satyananda Yoga Teacher, for more than 12 years. Following an intensive 3 year course I earned my Satyananda qualification in Australia, before returning home to Ireland. In Ireland I continue to update my knowledge and skills and I have completed courses including: Meditation, Pranayama (Energy management though the breath), Yoga & Mental Health and Pregnancy Yoga.
I’m passionate about Yoga; it’s been part of my life for over three decades, from learning it, to practising it, to teaching it. I now feel very privileged to be in a position to pass on my many years of knowledge and skills to others.
