These recordings are a progression from the beginner level. Practice the following 2 recordings together, or individually as required.

1. Abdominal Breathing

Slow, deep and rhythmic breathing both calms the mind and increases vital energy in the body. Use this breathing practice to slow down the busy “monkey mind” and re-charge your energy at any time of day or night.

2.  Body Stillness Meditation (Stages 1-4)

A fundamental part of the practice of Meditation is “body stillness” (Kaya Sthairyam)! When the body becomes steady and still the mind will follow suit.
Find a quiet place and wind down and clear the stresses of the day with this meditation practice!
